Pre-order

Pre-orders with our pre-order discount can be placed until July 31st. If you for some reason want to cancel your pre-order, you can do this until the day we ship the order, with a full refund.
Your order will be shipped in the first half of October. If something happens that delays this process, we will let you know. When your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Freight

Worldwide shipping is always included in the product price. For orders going to customers within Norway or the European Union no additional fees will be added. Import duty and local taxes might be added to the price for orders shipped outside of Norway and the EU. Depending on where in the world you live, we will use different freight companies to send out your order.

Payment

The order has to be paid in conjunction with order placement. This also applies to pre-orders. Order cancellation with a full refund is possible at any time by contacting us through our contact form found at the bottom of this page.

Credit card details

Credit card details are securely handled at all times. Transactions are managed by Stripe.

Shipping

Pre-order: all pre-orders will be shipped end of October.
Orders placed after November 15th will be shipped out within 2 working days. If something happens that delays this process, we will let you know. When your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Furberg Snowboards offers free shipping. Norway is served from our Norwegian warehouse, EU from our Austrian warehouse, and US/International orders from our warehouse in Norway or Austria. Shipping time will vary according to how far away from our warehouses you live. Customers in Norway and within the EU should expect to have their boards within a week after shipping. For customers from other countries, it might take a bit longer because of possible hold up at the customs office.

Order cancellation

If you for some reason want to cancel your order, please let us know by contacting us through our contact form found at the bottom of this page.

Reclaim

In case your ordered product has any damage from shipping or any other errors, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will then shortly write back to you with information about how to proceed.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

You have a 21 day right to return period on all products. Please contact us through our contact form found at the bottom of this page, and we will tell you how to return the board to us. The shipping back will be at your own expense, and the product needs to be unused and in a good state. Your money will be returned when the board has arrived to us.

Warranty

Furberg Snowboards guarantees that our products will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If any problem arises please contact us through our contact form found at the bottom of this page and describe the problem. It is helpful if you attach a picture clearly showing the problem. We will evaluate your complaint, and decide if you should return the board to us. If we find the product defective, Furberg Snowboards liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion. In the event of an exact replacement of a board that is no longer available, Furberg Snowboards will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size, and value.
Please note the following exceptions from the warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Damage caused by impact with any surface or object other than snow (rocks, trees, stumps, etc…).

Damage caused by the use of solvents.

Cosmetic issues including top sheet dents or chips, sun-faded graphics, and edge oxidation or rust.

Normal wear and tear.

Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damage.

This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the snowboard or product in question.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

We know time is essential when your gear is broken, and we will do everything we can to get you back on snow as quickly as possible.
