We have decided not to do any Black Friday discounts.

Instead, we will donate 10 % of our sales from November 23-25 to The Development Fund in Norway.

Year after year new sales records are broken during Black Friday. But with big discounts, people are more likely to buy stuff they don’t necessarily need or rarely use. This creates unnecessary environmental harm.

At Furberg Snowboards we are dedicated to run our business with as little impact on the environment as possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our impact on the planet.

About The Development Fond

The goal of Norwegian aid is to eliminate poverty. The Development Fund contributes to attaining this goal by working to give poor people in the countryside sufficient and healthy food and an improved economy, by assuring that they are well prepared for climate change and crises, and that they acquire increased power and influence over their own lives.

We focus on four main thematic priorities in all of our program countries. These are 1) Food security and nutrition, 2) Climate and environment, 3) Economics and market access, and 4) Participation and equality. The Development Fund has programs in the following countries:
