CEO & Product Developer at Furberg Snowboards

Hampus was born and raised in the flatlands of Southern Sweden. At the age of 19 he moved to Engelberg, Switzerland to be able to ride a full winter.

After combining three winters in the Alps with work in Sweden as a production manager for a clothing brand, he moved to Innsbruck, Austria. There he could combine his passion for snowboarding with work and studies in product development.

Hampus joined Furberg Snowboards in 2011 and became a co-owner a year later. His passion for product development was what originally drew him to the company. Today Hampus is the CEO of the company while still being more involved in the product development than ever.

Resorts: from Innsbruck you can reach 50+ resorts within two hours, so hard to pick just one. But some of my favourites are Axamer Lizum, Gerlos, Hochfügen and Pitztaler Glacier.
